Henry & Frances retired from their farm in Goderich Township between 1912-1924 when their son; Charles Young and his wife Alta Glazier assumed ownership of the family farm. Picture may have been taken in the 1920s with Henry and Frances on the front sidewalk of their home.

their son Charles and daughter Gertrude helped their parents on the farm as children and adults until each married in 1924. His son Charlie Young & Glazier farmed this farm from 1925 to 1947.
